As a general practice, no. We aim to create an environment conducive to synergies among our tenants.

Still, we do not guarantee that we will not accept a similar business type or business with overlapping service or product types.

We want all of our tenants to be successful. While competition can be a good thing, we also understand that an oversaturation of a particular type of business may hinder that possibility.
