Taking select architectural cues from PORT164’s Master Plan, The Alley’s minimalist modern design and attention to detail are front and center. The two buildings are comprised of a total of 58 bays of 25’ wide by 50’ deep, at 1,250 square feet, each with its own storefront glass entry and commercial-sized garage door. Bays can be combined in a number of ways to accommodate nearly any need at any scale, with several interior build-out options available.
